Replacement shaft clamps were designed as a direct screw-on replacement for the standard clamps on both the upper and lower shafts of the Minelab™ GPX 6000™. Frustration from many prospectors in the field had highlighted a possible clamping issue with the factory units allowing twisting of the coil causing a lot of people to raise concerns, which led to the creation of direct replacement shaft clamps.
